used an outline sticker and glass paints on acetate :)

stick your outline sticker onto the acetate, and line it up properly. now to begin painting!! use glass paints and be careful not to go outside of the lines then when its dry, put into a pre-cut aperature card and line it all up! et voila!! youre done =)
