Great Halloween Cupcakes.
You can make them just plain with glass or Goary with drippy blood.
Place all ingredients in a pan.
Slowly melt the sugar until no more crystals remain.
Turn up heat until temp reaches 300 degrees. Do Not Stir!
Turn off heat. Leave until no more bubbles appear, pour into an oiled tray.
Set aside to cool completely.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add flour & baking powder.
Pour into cases & bake for 15-18 mins until cooked through.
Remove & cool.
Combine all ingredients together until soft & fluffy.
Pipe icing on top of cupcakes.
Break the glass into pieces.
Place on top of icing.
Add drips of red icing if you wish.
