You Will Need

Step 1
Exfoliate lips and follow with balm.

Step 2
Apply concealer or foundation to your lips.
Mine is too light in the picture. You want it to match your skin tone. -
Step 3
Use eye or lip liner to outline the shape you want your geisha lips to be.
I used a kohl pencil by Barry M in Kingfisher Blue. -
Step 4
Fill in the outline with a contrasting lipstick color.
I used Airborne Unicorn by Lime Crime. -
Step 5
Cover the lipstick in a glitter.
I used Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner by Urban Decay.
