You will need

Muffins
115 g Butter 234 g Treacle 375 g Plain Flour 1 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/4 tsp Salt 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 1/4 tsp Ginger 1/2 tsp All Spice 100 g Brown Sugar 1 Egg 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt 1/2 cup Milk Room temp

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 220 degrees. Melt butter & treacle together. Set aside.

2. 

   In a bowl mix together flour, bicar, salt, cinnamon, ginger & all spice.

3. 

   Mix sugar, egg, yogurt & milk into the butter mixture. Mix together until combined.

4. 

   Fold the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined.

5. 

   Spoon into Muffin cases. Bake for 5 mins. Reduce oven temp to 175 degrees & continue to bake for 15-16 mins until cooked through.
