You need an ice cream machine to make this ice cream. It tastes of spicy gingerbread. You could add biscuit or cake to the ice cream if you wish.

You will need

2 tsp Ginger 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Mixed Spice 1 cup Milk 2 Eggs 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 2 cup Heavy Cream

Description

You need an ice cream machine to make this ice cream. It tastes of spicy gingerbread. You could add biscuit or cake to the ice cream if you wish.

Instructions

1. 

   Place spices in the milk. Heat the milk for 1 1/2 mins in microwave. Leave to cool completely.

2. 

   Whisk the eggs & sugar together.

3. 

   Add the cream & milk to the eggs. Mix til incorporated.

4. 

   Pour into the ice cream machine. Churn for approx 1 hr.

5. 

   Serve.
