You Will Need
Cakes
1 1/2 cup
Plain Flour
1 tsp
Bicarbonate Of Soda
1 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Ginger
1/2 tsp
Nutmeg
1/4 tsp
All Spice
1/4 tsp
Salt
1/2 cup
Butter
Room temp
1/2 cup
Brown Sugar
1
Egg
Room temp
1/2 cup
Treacle
1/2 cup
Milk
Room temp
Icing
1/2 cup
Butter
1 tsp
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Vanilla
2 cup
Icing Sugar
Extra
Icing
Decorations

Step 1Heat oven 175 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 2Add egg & treacle.
Stir through.

Step 3Add milk.
Stir to combine.

Step 4Add remaining dry ingredients.
Stir in.

Step 5Transfer to cupcake cases.
Bake for 18-20 mins.
Allow to cool completely.

Step 6Combine all the icing ingredients together.
Pipe or spread onto the cupcakes.

Step 7Add an icing decoration if you like.
Serve.
