Known for being bold and smooth, we we sure the Sipsmith London Dry Gin would taste perfect in a Gin Sling mixed with vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup and soda water for a refreshing and fruity classic cocktail.
Fill a tall glass and cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the gin. Cut a twist of lemon peel and place to one side.
Add the vermouth, simple syrup and squeeze in the juice from the lemon.
Strain the cocktail into your glass.
Top with soda water and serve with a lemon swirl.
