Combining classic gin & tonic ingredients including Chilgrove Gin, lime, cucumber and tonic water, these ice lollies are the perfect treat to cool down with this summer.
Combining classic gin & tonic ingredients including Chilgrove Gin, lime, cucumber and tonic water, these ice lollies are the perfect treat to cool down with this summer.
Pour half an ounce of gin into the bottom of each ice lolly mould.
Squeeze the juice from half a lime into each mould.
Cut a slice of cucumber for each lolly and place in each mould.
Top with tonic water.
Freeze overnight and enjoy!
