My mom taught me this, and I think it can be useful specially in this Season.
Cut 9 strips of color paper through the wide of the page. I didnt use a ruler, but they are abot two centimeters wide.
Take a strip and paste the two ends together making a loop with the paper. Repeat this step in 8 strips.
Put some glue in the inside of the loop.
Squeeze through the middle and repeat this step with all the loops.
Put some glue in the middle of the upper part.
Add another squeezed loop above the glue, forming a cross. Put more glue in the middle.
Add another cross over the first cross. Paste each loop one over the other.
Add two more crosses over the first two. an you are almost done.
From the 9th strip cut a little piece of about 1/3 of the length of your strip.
Make a tiny loop with that little strip and paste it on the top of your bow.
With the 2/3 strip left make some cuts through the length of it.
Paste it in the back of the bow.
Curl the little strips with your scissors.
Paste it on your present and you are done =D. Nice & simple, right?.
