You Will Need (9 things)

  • Crust

  • Shortcrust Pastry

  • Filling

  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 Egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Steps (6 steps, 60 minutes)

    Heat oven 190 degrees.

    Blind bake the pastry case.

    Filling...

    Beat butter & sugar together.

    Add cream

    Mix through.

    Beat in eggs.

    Add flour & vanilla.

  5. 5

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake for 40 mins until top is golden brown.

    Allow to cool.

    Cut & serve.
