with painting i prefer to plan out my designs so you will need a pencil ruler and colouring pencils of your choice
Tape out your lines. to your desired planed pattern and mark you parts with a small dot of paint so you know what colours go where
Now we’re getting to the fun stuff. PAINT! Don’t go too crazy, though. With such skinny tape it’s easy to overlap into a section that is supposed to be a different colour. so i recommend to use a thin brush and use it as a outline then go on a thicker brush. Looks like a bit of a mess, doesn’t it? Once you take the tape off, though, it’s awesome. so no need to worry but allow to dry overnight before you take the tape off other wise it will smudge
