I cross stitched these little fellows onto linen fabric, attached them to cover buttons and glued them to adjustable ring blanks. The tiny stitches are a bit tricky but it's definitely worth it :) The cover buttons' size is about 20 mm in diameter.

I cross stitched these little fellows onto linen fabric, attached them to cover buttons and glued them to adjustable ring blanks. The tiny stitches are a bit tricky but it's definitely worth it :) The cover buttons' size is about 20 mm in diameter.

Instructions

  1. Cross stitch your desired motive on some cross stitch fabric or linen. Be aware of your cover button's size. You can either cross stitch the background of your motive or you can use coloured cross stitch fabric or linen.

  2. Cut out your motive and attach it to your cover button. Don't forget to remove the button's hook first. The hardest part is to center your motive on the button :)

  3. Glue your finished button onto a ring blank and you will get some very geeky and unique jewelry.
