Toasted Almonds with garlic and rosemary

    Melt butter in skillet, over medium heat. Add the almonds, stir until they are evenly coated. After a few minutes add the garlic. Continue to toast for about 5 minutes, or until the nuts are starting to turn golden brown. Remove from heat, add salt and rosemary. Stir to coat. Spread on a baking sheet to cool.
