Tasty & very easy to make. You can add a splash of white wine during cooking if you wish.

You will need

1 small Onion 4 cloves Garlic 2 oz Butter 1 tbsp Oil 400 g Mushroom(s) 1 tbsp Parsley

Tasty & very easy to make. You can add a splash of white wine during cooking if you wish.

Instructions

1. 

   Gently cook onion, garlic, butter & oil.

2. 

   Add mushrooms. Stir through Cook until all liquid is absorbed.

3. 

   Add parsley. Stir through.

4. 

   Serve.
