You Will Need (6 things)

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 75 g Butter
  • 25 ml Olive Oil
  • 250 g Strong Bread Flour

Steps (4 steps, 30 minutes)

    Activate the yeast in 150ml warm water. Put the strong bread flour, salt, olive oil and water into a bowl and mix with your hands into a dough

    Knead for 5 minutes and then shape into small balls. Make about 16

    Press the garlic and mix into butter

    Take a ball and push a hole in the centre with your thumb. Add a small amount of garlic butter, just enough to cover the tip of a teaspoon. Pinch the ball into a star shape

    Dot any remaining garlic butter around the baking tray. Bake for 12 minutes on 200 C or gas mark 6
