You Will Need

Step 1Finely chop or mince the garlic into a bowl.

Step 2Mix in the butter, herbs and plenty of salt and pepper.

Step 3Slice the baguette evenly along the length, cutting half way down into the bread so that it remains attached and then spread the garlic butter into each slice.

Step 4Heat in an oven for 5-10 minutes until the butter has melted.

Step 5Serve hot!
