A present for my other half for Christmas. He's a little obsessed with 'League of Legends' and spends a lot of time working out the best build for his characters etc. He has an old scrappy notebook at the moment, so I decided to make him a Gamer Notepad, decorated with images from his favourite games. Yes, I'm a geek groupie.

Grab your notepad. Spiral bound is easiest to deal with because it stays flat while you're positioning the images. This one is A6, but you could do any size.
Gather your images. I just Googled the games I knew my boyfriend plays and picked logos and characters that I knew or liked the look of.
Cut your images out. I had a mix of squared bits for easy tessellation, and then more curved cut outs to cover gaps and add interest.
Glue your images down. It doesn't matter about sticking the edges down perfectly for now.
Once you're happy with the placements, cover the covers with sticky back plastic and you're done. Simples :)
