Beat together the cream cheese, marshmallow fluff and Cool Whip. Frost the cooled cookie.
Slice strawberries in half from stem to tip. Use a heart shaped cookie cutter or a knife to cut hearts from the strawberries. You can just use the strawberry halves if you prefer, but I wanted my hearts to have a really nice heart shape. Cut some thin slices from a few strawberries and cut two small 1/2 inch hearts, two number 1's and two zeros. Pat the strawberries dry.
Arrange on your frosted cookie to look like a 10 of hearts playing card. That's it. Simple right? You can keep this in the refrigerator for a few hours. Best served the same day it's made, but believe me left overs will taste pretty good too.
