Based on Galaxy Print Shoes by harley r.
Mine aren't as good as Harley's but I still like them and my friends have bought pairs. I used matte fabric paint instead of acrylic because I thought it could withstand the elements. They have held up so far and I've worn them in wet conditions. Awesome tutorial! Thank you!
