Start off by drawing your design onto cardboard.
Cover the cardboard with cling flim and stick to the back with celotape. Make sure it is really tight with no creases.
Use glitter glue and go around the outline-which you just drew with pen and make sure it its quite a thick line. Wait for it to dry.
Fill the inside of your outline with PVA GLUE-THE ONE THAT DRIES CLEAR! Wait for it to compleatly dry then you can make it into anything... Necklace Earrings Hair clips The choice is up to you
