An easy, fun skirt for summer!
This one was easy! I took a long piece of fabric, folded it in half (hotdog way) to make a bubble look.
Then I took a piece of elastic and sewed it into the waistband to make it fit nice and give it a cute ruffle.
So simple, and makes the whole outfit just paired with a white tee!
