    Start by mixing together the flour, salt and butter with your fingers. Crumbling together the flour and butter until there are no big lumps left.

    Chop the dried fruit in to nice little pieces.

    Mix the fruit in to the dough.

    Knead the dough for a little while.

    Roll out the dough so that it's about 1/2" thick.

    Cut out your scones.

    Place on a greased baking tray.
