Fruity Irish soda bread
This is a fruity version of traditional soda bread.
It tastes great toasted with butter.
Heat oven 190 degrees.
Add flour, baking powder,Bicarb, salt & sugar.
Rub in the butter.
Add milk & bring together.
Form into a round.
Place onto a tray.
Cut a cross into the top.
Bake for 30 mins.
