You will need

600 g 9% Plain Flour 100 g Caster Sugar 150 g Cold Unsalted Butter 35 g Baking Powder 150 ml Double Cream 48% 250 ml Natural Yoghurt 1 Egg 5 ml Vanilla Extract 60 g Sultanas 60 g Cranberries

Instructions

1. Mix all the dry ingredients together

2. Add the double cream, yoghurt, eggs and vanilla

3. Roll out the dough (3cm thick) and cut out the scones

4. Bake for 30 mins at 200c bottom heat at 2
