Winter is coming... bring on the frost; whether it be ice or nail polish
I adore these nails myself =D
Start with a glittery nail polish all over the nail
using the thin brush, draw a tic tac toe on the corner of the nail using the light blue nail polish
Finish with a thin border of the darker blue polish
Remember top coat =D
