From Skirt To Dress

hello there. So this is my second hand made job. I thought that I want to have something different, that no one will have.

So I took my moms old skirt and made this miracle.
It takes about 4 hours.
But I'm really happy. Everything you need to do, is to measure skirt, cut out unnecessary part of it, and oversew whats left. So that's it. :}
