it seems like a lot of people wanted a how to , so I added a short discription!
take your fabric and fold it in half. draw a shape of a hood on the top cut and sew the top. you should be left with something that looks like a infinity scarf with a hood. then you cut vertical lines at the bottom turn this inside out and you're done!
