I reeallly wanted a dress like this, but i was too poor- so i made one!
I bought a dress from a charity shop and some fringing off the internet, put a zip in the dress, attached the fringing and voila! Good times all round! :]
Please excuse my ridiculously stupid face! My dad was trying to make me smile... x
