I got this shirt because I like the print and the material, but it was a bit too big
I used a shirt that is fitted and traced around it leaving an inch of fabric on each side.
Sew the sides of the shirt
Cut this strips from the bottom of the shirt as high as you'll like.
to make the sleeve smaller I cut about an inch from it from the pit area but not all the way to the end of the sleeve so when I sew it back together it has a cleaner edge.
sew the sleeves back to the shirt and you are done.
