Cut a long strip of tulle (about 30 cm)
Fold it on itself to give it the right shape
once you're happy with it, sew in the middle to fix it
sew a botton, in a colour of your choice, in the centre..
now start sewing on the back all the ribbons
and you're done! You can apply it on T-shirts, bags and wathever you like :)
