   use one full length of thread always.

   using the forward knot. do a row of knots from left to right.

   now do the same with the same thread,do a backward knot row.

   when you get to the end, do a forward knot for a row.

   and repeat.

   always using the 1 extra long thread for the whole bracelet. similar to when you make the bracelet with letters of numbers on. ( see my other projects)

   i use a multicolored thread which is how i got the combat style. you get different effects depending on how wide you make the bracelet.
