- ¼ cup Cajun Seasonings
- 2 cup Corn Flour
- 6 cup Flour
- Frying Oil
- 4 pints Oyster in liquid, shucked

Pour frying oil into fryer pot. Set fryer to medium-high setting and heat oil until the deep-fry thermometer reaches 350°F; it should take about 20+ minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine flour, corn flour, and Cajun seasoning. Dip wet oysters in flour mixture until fully coated. Slowly place coated oysters into the oil. Fry oysters for about 2 minutes, turning once. Remove oysters from oil with a slotted spoon or using the fryer basket and set on paper towels to drain.
