Frickles

Make your own frickles aka fried pickles!

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 300 g Pickles
  • Ranch Dip
  • 50 g Flour
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ Pepper
  • Paper Towels
  • Vegetable Oil for frying

Steps (5 steps, 15 minutes)

    Slice the pickles into coins and leave to dry out on a paper towel.

    Whisk together the flour, mayonnaise, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper.

    Coat the pickles in the batter.

  4. 4

    Heat a frying pan with a shallow layer of oil and fry the pickles until golden, tossing around in the oil to fry both sides.

    Strain back onto a paper towel and then serve with a cool ranch dip.
