French Onion Chicken
Nice tasty meal.
You can make in advance & reheat when needed.
Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper & herbs.
Fry in a little oil until browned on both sides.
Remove the chicken to a dish.
Clean out the pan & fry the onions until they are brown & sticky.
Add flour to the onion & stir through.
Add the stock to the pan. Boil until the gravy has thickened.
Pour over the chicken.
Cover the chicken with mozzarella.
Place under the grill to melt.
