Super easy to make.

You will need

Shortcrust Pastry 3 eggs 1 1/2 cup Sugar 1 cup Coconut 4 oz Butter Melted 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tsp Vanilla Pinch Salt

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 350/175 degrees. line dish with pastry.

2. 

   Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour into pastry case. Bake for 1 hr.

3. 

   Pour into case. Bake for 1 hr.

4. 

   Allow to cool. Cut and serve.
