French chicken casserole
Easy to make.
Great for feeding a crowd.
Heat oven 200 degrees.
Brown chicken in a little oil.
Brown onion, garlic, carrot, celery & potatoes.
Add a little flour.
Let cook out for a few mins.
Add chicken stock, chicken soup & herbs.
Cook out until veg is cooked & softened.
