Based on Free Cat Toy by Maladignia
I added a Kleenex tissue box to give it more height.
My cat Steve-o adores this thing! Whenever I take it out for him he becomes so excited. My other cat Uno is a bit nervous of it. But Uno is nervous with anything new so I'm sure he'll warm up soon. :)
