We had a Halloween party and I whipped these up for it. First, I made the cupcakes from a Devils Chocolate cake mix. (Don't fill the pan past halfway! I filled some too high and they just oozed everywhere!) I bought a X-Large jar of whipped pre-made icing, and separated it into separate cups, dyed each cup with food coloring and then scooped the dyed icing into plastic sandwich bags that i had cut in a half circle form, from the corner, to make a icing bag. Cut the tip, and your ready to decorate with fine lines! (Don't forget you need a base color first!) The spider cupcakes in the 2nd photo were made with Green maraschino cherries as the bodies, with the legs drawn on.
