Revamped footlocker with a couple coats of paint
I scored an old footlocker for $10 at a local junk shop last spring. I decided to repaint it inside and out to refresh it.
I painted the outside, which was originally a rust orange color, a lovely apple red. The inside went from a small grey print to plain white.
I also added casters once I was done painting (not pictured) to give it enough extra height to become a footrest/coffee table. I use it now to store extra bedding that doesn't fit in my hamper.
Inside: Two coats of country white
Outside: Two coats of apple red
