Add a touch of greenery to your baking with fondant succulents!
Begin by rolling out the green fondant onto a non-stick surface. The thinner the better.
Use a mini snowflake, star or flower shaped cookie cutter to cut several shapes from the fondant.
Stack three of the shapes on top of each other, with the middle shape at a rotated angle so the points sit nicely between the points of the top and bottom shapes.
Press the points of the top shape into the middle so that they stick up.
Now press the points of the middle shape up just a little. Leave the points of the bottom shape flat.
Serve on top of mini cakes of your choice.
