Dimensional paper roses can be used many different ways.
Perhaps you've seen folded or 'quilled' roses attached to cards, jewelry, headbands, etc. and have wondered how they are made. All it takes is a strip of paper and your fingers, although the use of a slotted quilling tool definitely speeds up the process.
