Step 1Apply a teal base color.

Step 2Working one nail art a time, apply another layer of base color, and immediately swipe some of the spotting polish on in a thin layer (almost like you would for dry brushing). Wipe the spotting polish brush on paper in between nails to prevent transferring any color back in the bottle.

Step 3Stamp flying fish on each nail - first in gold, then in black - using a clear stamper to line up the images.
