You Will Need

Step 1
cut out a tun of strips of fabric about 6in by 1in. i used a fat quarter for this but you can just use scraps. i also used my pinking sheers which depending on your fabric will be necessarily or let em fray! tha'ts kewl too. my kids grow out of em in one summer so they don't have to last forever.

Step 2
then just tie them onto the plastic strips that go over your feet. double knot and add a dap of super glue if ya want. just make sure you have them all ties on before you do this cuz they will stick to the base.
then just trim and rock out!
