Over the summer I was wanting a pair of those adorable print jeans but I couldn't find any that I loved and that were a cheap price.. Thus I made my own pair with some old jean shorts I had stuffed in my drawer and after some sewing, marking, and painting, my dreams came into fruition :)

Over the summer I was wanting a pair of those adorable print jeans but I couldn't find any that I loved and that were a cheap price.. Thus I made my own pair with some old jean shorts I had stuffed in my drawer and after some sewing, marking, and painting, my dreams came into fruition :)

Instructions

  1. Small kirk cameron 004

Get a pair of jean shorts.

  2. Small cutoutandkeep 003

Mine were a kinda long and out-dated so I cut them to be a bit shorter and folded and sewed the raw edges.

  3. Small cutoutandkeep 008

Take a pen or writing utensil of some form and draw out the pattern you want. I chose some large and small roses with petals and I drew out the basic shapes with the pen on my jeans. Here's the front:

    And the back:

  5. Now choose the colors and start painting using the pen outline as a guide..

  6. Make sure you paint one side at a time and let that side dry completely before proceeding to the other side! After the paint was dry I went back over some edges to get a sharp look. Let the paint dry

    And you're finished!
