I found this project online and couldn't wait to give it a shot. It was incredibly easy to follow, and depending on how fancy you want to get with each halo, it can take anywhere from 10 minutes to a half hour.

You will need

Floral Tape Hot Glue Gun 1 packets Floral Cloth Wire Silk Flowers 1 packets Dark Green Felt Wire Cutters Scissors
