this is a lovely dessert and it's easy to make.
You can prepare this dessert a few days in advance.

Grease 2 Baking trays in.

put the flour and butter in a tub,
and mix it with the hands. -

stir in the sugar, egg yolk and rose water by the mixture and mix to a soft dough with the fingers.

part the dough in half.

roll each piece of dough into a circle 20 inches and put them each on a baking tray. Create folds in the edge with your finger.

Bake the dough 15 minutes in an oven at 190 °c. Let it cool

Step 7mix the cream with raspberries and put the mixture on 1 of the parts dough.
Put the other part of the dough on it. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar and put some raspberries on it.
