Easy abstract art using pointillism
Start by roughly sketching out your flowers. I started at the center of each of my flowers and added simple petal shapes around my central point.
Using a very fine paintbrush and a single color of ink or paint, start filling each petal with small dots.
Use additional colors to add dimension. I added orange dots on the inner edge of each petal and red dots on the outer edge.
Once you have one flower complete move onto your next one. here the blue flower is in progress
and here it is with some more dimension
