I made a 3 layer cake, the recipe I used wanted roasted hazelnuts, but I used walnuts, and you can use whatever you prefer. It's really good by itself with a little whip cream, but I wanted something a little nicer to give it for an early birthday. So I used a mocha icing inbetween the layers and for her name and the pinstripes, and I also used some chocolate leaves to decorate the top.
