Step 1
Heat oven 180/ gas 4.

Melt the chocolate.
Step 2
Pour chocolate into tin.

Place in fridge until set.
Step 3
Mix fruit, cherries, coconut, sugar, sugar, egg & butter together.
Step 4
Pour on top of the set chocolate.
Step 5
Bake for 25 mins.

Allow to cool.
Step 6
Place in fridge to get really cold.

Cut into slices.
Step 7
Serve.
