A very creative project from a pair of pants from a thrift store.
I bought the pants at a thrift store. This project took a while because when I started it I wasn't really sure hoe I wanted it to look. I was pretty sure I wanted a circle skirt for the dress. Once I cut that out, I realized I had very little fabric to work with, so I figured, why not make a cutout top? I now love this dress and I'd like to make more in the future because I think they're very flattering.
